About the Role
We are looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role will focus on generating leads and driving sales conversions through digital campaigns, while also supporting brand-building initiatives. As a team member, you will execute strategies across digital platforms to achieve measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Run performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other platforms to generate quality leads and conversions.Support in managing and growing social media channels with content that balances engagement and sales-driven call-to-actions.

  • Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns for promotions, offers, and customer retention.
  • Track daily campaign performance, optimize for ROI, cost per lead, and sales, and report results.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for reels, videos, ad creatives, and promotional content.
  • Research competitor campaigns and adapt strategies to stay ahead.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure digital campaigns align with store and online targets.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations and partnerships that bring measurable business outcomes.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of digital sales funnels and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email automation, WhatsApp Business API, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills (ad captions, CTAs, emails).
  • Creative thinking combined with a sales-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Meta Ads are an added advantage.
