Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO & AI Optimization:

• Lead full-stack SEO efforts to improve visibility, ranking, and organic reach.
• Conduct deep keyword research, semantic mapping, and competitive audits using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, SEMrush AI, etc.).
• Optimize all website elements for Google's evolving algorithms — including E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, and AI Search (SGE).
• Implement structured data, voice search optimization, and AI-enhanced on-page SEO to dominate search intent.
• Continuously monitor performance and identify opportunities for exponential growth.

2. Content Marketing

• Build a content engine/ keyword calendar that attracts, educates, and converts — leveraging AI tools for ideation, personalization, and optimization.
• Plan and publish high-quality blogs, landing pages, and case studies that align with both SEO goals and user intent.
• Ensure every piece of content meets Google's helpful content and E-E-A-T standards while positioning the brand as a category thought leader.
• Collaborate with the tech, product and content team to create educational content around data extraction, web scraping, and AI-driven data automation.

4. Campaigns & Lead Generation:

• Strategize and execute performance-driven ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and AI-powered ad platforms.
• Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize CTR and conversion rates.
• Implement retargeting strategies to turn interest into leads and leads into loyal customers.
• Leverage predictive analytics and AI-based automation to improve ROI month over month.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Growth Strategy:

• Use GA4, Looker Studio, and Tag Manager to track campaign performance and conversion funnels.
• Analyze trends, user behavior, and traffic patterns to fine-tune strategies and identify untapped growth channels.
• Present data-backed insights and execute agile growth experiments that push the brand to new visibility milestones.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, SEO shifts, and AI-driven updates in Google Search to adapt fast.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results in a competitive digital space.
• 2–4 years of experience in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Deep curiosity about web scraping and data intelligence — a background in this space is a huge plus.
• Strong experience with AI-powered marketing tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, , or SEMrush AI.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and Tag Manager.
• Understanding of AI Search (SGE) and future-forward SEO practices.
• Self-starter mindset — someone who can take ownership, experiment, and execute without constant oversight.
• Creative and analytical — capable of turning insights into high-impact actions.
