Job Summary:
The Back Office Agent will support remarketing and title operations by processing post-sale audits, system updates, title discrepancy resolution, and exception handling. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to SLAs and compliance with internal bank policies and regulatory requirements. We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Agents to support our remarketing and title operations. This is a back-office role that plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth processing of post-sale and title-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Remarketing Operations
- Remarketing Support
- Review and verify auction sale documents such as Bills of Sale
- Check that auction proceeds, fees, and sale details are accurate
- Update internal systems with the correct status and activity codes
- Identify mismatches or errors and raise them for correction
Title & Documentation Support
- Handle title-related issues such as missing, incorrect, or pending documents
- Manage and respond to emails from internal teams, dealers, auctions, and agencies
- Follow up on open cases and keep records updated
- Work on exception and priority requests through defined tools and mailboxes
- Follow standard processes and compliance guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 2 years of experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, or operations.
- Exposure to auto finance, loan servicing, or documentation processing preferred
- Proficiency in Written and verbal communication in English
- Willing to work in night/rotational/graveyard shifts when required
- Should have a typing speed of 30 WPM
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
- Clear written communication skills
- Good time management and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn processes and adapt to changes
- Should possess basic US banking knowledge (banking terminology) and American Culture
- Strong sense of work ethics and integrity.
