Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to student inquiries about competitive exams and courses.
- Make outbound calls to potential students to promote our courses.
- Explain details about exams like RAS, Patwar, VDO, and other RPSC/RSSMB exams.
- Guide students with accurate syllabus details, exam patterns, and preparation strategies.
- Maintain call logs and follow up with interested candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream)
- Awareness and knowledge of Rajasthan government competitive exams (RAS, Patwar, VDO, etc.).
- Familiarity with RPSC and RSMSSB syllabus & exam structure.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Prior telecalling or sales experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
