Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing BPO sales strategies targeting

    Malayalam-speaking regions.

  • Manage a team of sales representatives handling calls in Malayalam.

  • Monitor and improve the teams sales performance, including setting targets, reviewing KPIs,

and coaching.

  • Handle escalations from Malayalam-speaking clients and resolve issues promptly and

    professionally.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Generate and analyze reports related to sales performance, conversion rates, and customer

feedback.

  • Coordinate with operations, training, and quality teams to ensure smooth process delivery.

Help recruit, train, and retain Malayalam-speaking sales agents.

  • Conduct regular team huddles, training, and feedback sessions in Malayalam when

    required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with clients from Kerala or Malayalam-speaking customer segments.

  • Understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior.

  • Knowledge of both inbound and outbound BPO sales models.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
