Software Performance Testing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve overall system reliability.
  • Analyze test results using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, JMeter, LoadRunner to provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Develop automated tests using Python scripting language to reduce manual effort.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-10 years of experience in Performance Testing Engineer role.
  • Proficiency in at least one industry-standard tool such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles including Agile methodologies.
