Role Description

A CCTV Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing surveillance systems to ensure the security and safety of premises. The role involves configuring cameras, DVRs/NVRs, networking, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security solutions.
  • Understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Diploma/ITI/Certification in Electronics, Networking, or related field (preferred).
