Job Title: Quality Checker -Material & Logistics

Location: Chennai

Experiences: 1-2 years

Willing to travel

1. Inward Material Verification

· Inspect all incoming materials for physical damage, quantity, make, model, and compliance with purchase orders and technical specifications.

· Verify against approved vendor lists and data sheets.

2. Pre-Installation QC Checks

· Perform pre-installation testing of components (e.g., cameras, NVRs, switches, routers) to ensure functional readiness before dispatch to project sites.

3. Field Installation Config Details

· Visit project sites to verify proper installation, mounting, labelling, and configuration as per requirement.

4. Outgoing Material Quality Check

· Validate all materials being sent to sites or customers for correctness and completeness, including accessories and consumables.

5. System Testing and Commissioning Support

· Assist in end-to-end system testing, including video feed checks, connectivity, power testing, and uptime validation.

6. Report Generation

· Maintain and submit detailed QC reports with remarks, test results, and photographic evidence where applicable.

7. Tool & Calibration Verification

· Ensure all QC tools and instruments used are calibrated and functioning correctly.

8. Coordination with Other Departments

· Liaise with Stores, Purchase, Logistics, and Project Teams for real-time updates and resolution of QC issues.

9. Compliance & Documentation

· Ensure all quality verification processes adhere to ISO or internal quality standards, maintaining up-to-date records for audits.

10. Continuous Improvement

· Suggest process improvements based on recurring issues or observations during inspections.

11. Return Material Reconciliation

· Materials Inward Verification once the Project is completed(Details to be sent to the Inventory Team and Accounts Team).
