Years of exp: 8-15 years

Job Details:

  • 6+ years of exp in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional (Must)
  • Min 3-5 years of Talent management or Absence management or Time & Labour/OTL or Benefits modules experience (Must)
  • Should be able to write eligibility Fastformulas and create BI reports
  • Experience with system configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
