About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled React Developer who has strong expertise in UI/UX implementation, cross-platform app deployment, and backend handling. The ideal candidate should have experience with modern front-end frameworks, mobile app deployment, debugging, and server-side integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web and mobile applications using and React Native.
  • Build elegant and pixel-perfect UI components with Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
  • Handle iOS (App Store), Android (Play Store), and Microsoft Store application deployment and publishing.
  • Work with Redux for state management across applications.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to design and integrate REST APIs / server-side services.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and error handling to ensure smooth performance across devices.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Provide post-deployment support, bug fixes, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of professional development experience.
  • Strong expertise in , React Native, Redux.
  • Proficiency in UI frameworks: Tailwind CSS & Bootstrap.
  • Experience with mobile app deployment:
  • Google Play Store (Android)
  • Apple App Store (iOS)
  • Microsoft Store (Desktop / Windows Apps)
  • Strong debugging, error handling, and performance optimization skills.
  • Basic knowledge of server-side technologies / Laravel / / REST APIs).
  • Familiarity with Git / version control and CI/CD workflows.
  • Good understanding of cross-platform compatibility and responsive design.
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Good to Have (Optional but Advantageous)

  • Experience with (for desktop apps).
  • Knowledge of Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Firebase).
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
