Responsibility Statements  

- Reviews current processes and identifies trends.
- Reviews work produced for errors.
- Evaluates for performance standards (SLAs) required under contract.
- Compares various sampling techniques and identifies correct samples for auditing.
- Evaluates workflow tools to run reports.
- Coaches Level 1 auditors on sampling techniques and business process knowledge.
- Reconciles transaction processing for data accuracy.
- Interacts with external auditors to include (SOC 1) Service and Organizational Control Report.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
