Who you are
- 2–5 years of professional video editing experience
- Strong command of Premiere Pro (After Effects or DaVinci is a bonus)
- Sharp storytelling instincts—rhythm, pacing, emotional arc
- Experience with podcasts, interviews, or cinematic content
- Bonus: Worked on documentaries, narrative projects, or short films
- Based in Mumbai (required), open to hybrid work
- You take ownership, meet deadlines, and grow with feedback

Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and short-form clips for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Cut emotional, story-driven reels that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds
- Collaborate with our content team and camera operator on daily edits
- Create teasers, trailers, montages, and cinematic recaps
- Organise footage, files, and exports with clean workflows
- Spot trends and raise the bar with fresh editing ideas
