About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer
with deep expertise in
NLP, LLMs, and modern deep learning architectures
. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with proven experience delivering ML/LLM models to production in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy
    LLMs, NLP models, and Transformer-based architectures
    .
  • Lead and mentor a small team of ML engineers to ensure high-quality model delivery.
  • Drive end-to-end ML lifecycle: data prep, model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
  • Work on
    distributed training
    , large-scale model optimization, and GPU/TPU acceleration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Data Engineering, DevOps, Product.
  • Implement scalable ML pipelines using
    MLOps frameworks
    (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, etc.).
  • Stay updated with emerging research and best practices in ML/AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 9+ years
    of strong experience in
    Machine Learning, NLP, deep learning, Transformers, and LLMs
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with
    PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, DeepSpeed
    , or similar frameworks.
  • 2+ years
    of proven experience leading or managing ML/LLM teams in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of
    distributed training
    , GPU/TPU optimization, and large-scale model training.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (
    AWS, GCP, Azure
    ).
  • Familiarity with
    MLOps tools
    (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, Sagemaker, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (
    PhD preferred
    ).
