Job Position : Service Engineer / Filed Service Executive

Job Location : Rajasthan/Chennai/ Jaipur/Paudi/Haridwar/Nanded/ Tiruchirappalli/Pune/ Puduchhery /Aurangabad/Parbhani/Ahilayanagar/Baroda/Rajkot/Kutch Bhuj/ Jamnagar/Bhavnagar/ Surat/Meerut/Dehradun/Bhopal/Jabalpur/Indore/Jalor /Pali/PAN India

Responsibilities :

  • Install CCTV systems /Alarm system at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
  • Perform maintenance checks and repairs on CCTV/alarm system equipment to ensure maximum functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems & alarm system.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of CCTV /alarm system equipment.
  • Keep detailed logs of service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Timely reporting of the Work , in coordination with HOD.
  • Solve any complain of CCTV & Alarm system on site.
  • Proven experience as a CCTV & Alarm system Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV& Alarm system components and functionality.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and IP camera systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or relevant field.
