Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and analytical
Digital Marketing Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services. The role requires a good understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor
    digital marketing campaigns
    across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize
    SEO/SEM strategies
    to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct
    keyword research
    , on-page and off-page SEO, and link-building activities.
  • Develop engaging and relevant
    content
    for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and manage the company's presence on
    social media platforms
    .
  • Track, analyse, and report
    campaign performance
    using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create
    marketing creatives, ads, and email campaigns
    .
  • Stay updated with the latest
    digital marketing trends and best practices
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience
    in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of
    SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital marketing tools
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    content writing & email marketing
    .
  • Good understanding of
    social media platforms & online branding
    .
  • Strong
    analytical, communication, and project management skills
    .

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Knowledge of
    WordPress/Shopify
    or website management.
  • Experience with
    graphic design tools
    like Canva/Photoshop.
  • Understanding of
    marketing automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
    .
