We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist to support our marketing team. This role is focused on CRM administration (HubSpot), data accuracy, reporting, and event logistics. The right candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and motivated to ensure smooth execution of marketing operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms like Salesforce/Marketo)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working independently and supporting a distributed global team

Responsibilities

RM Administration (HubSpot):

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of leads, contacts, and company data
  • Run regular audits, clean and update records, and manage data segmentation
  • Create and manage reports/dashboards to track campaign and funnel performance

Marketing Operations Support:

  • Manage campaign audience lists and upload/update data as needed
  • Support lead scoring, lead routing, and campaign tracking
  • Ensure sales and marketing alignment on lead quality and follow-up

Event Logistics & Coordination:

  • Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person marketing events
  • Handle vendor coordination, shipping, registrations, and attendee communications
  • Track event performance and maintain post-event reporting

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain marketing calendars, documentation, and process checklist
  • Assist with asset library management and marketing operations tasks
