Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
  • Record daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, journal entries, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and review bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable accounting standards.
  • Liaise with US clients and teams for financial data, clarifications, and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and a solid understanding of US accounting principles. The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end closings, and financial reporting for US-based clients.
