Job Title: ASP.NET Core MVC Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ASP.NET Core MVC Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Microsoft's .NET Core framework. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, familiarity with modern front-end frameworks, and experience working in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC and related technologies.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for application integration.

Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following SOLID principles and best practices.

Work with Entity Framework Core for data access and manage relational databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

Implement authentication and authorization using Identity, JWT, or OAuth.

Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed.

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

Maintain technical documentation for developed features and systems.

Stay updated with new .NET technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience developing web applications with ASP.NET Core MVC.

Strong proficiency in C#, MSSQL.

Experience with Razor views, dependency injection, and middleware configuration.

Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery).

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Web API.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of SQL and relational database design.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Angular, or React.

Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Understanding of unit testing frameworks like xUnit or NUnit.

Experience in clean architecture or onion architecture design patterns.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
