Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BFSI Trainer, located in Solapur. The BFSI Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The trainer will conduct assessments, design course materials, and provide hands-on training to skill and re-skill trainees. The role requires interaction with industry professionals to keep the training content up-to-date and relevant.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector
• Ability to design course materials and conduct assessments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
