Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Mulesoft Developer
at OSPL. The role is based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Mulesoft Developer will play a critical role in building and optimizing data pipelines, API integrations, and enterprise services using Mulesoft within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Mulesoft-based solutions, particularly in regulated environments such as finance or banking.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable APIs and integrations using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Implement complex data pipelines and workflows between Salesforce and external/internal systems.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects and business stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Mulesoft integrations with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and reusability.
  • Apply best practices for security, logging, monitoring, and exception handling within integration flows.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
  • Work with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines for Mulesoft components.
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and data governance policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with
    Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
    , including API Designer, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
  • Proficiency in
    Salesforce integration patterns
    , REST/SOAP APIs, and experience working with
    Salesforce data models
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    data transformation (DataWeave)
    , error handling, and API security (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
  • 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in Mulesoft development.
  • Experience designing and managing
    data pipelines and ETL workflows
    in enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience working in or with
    financial services, banking, or fintech
    sectors is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, Postman, and monitoring platforms (e.g., Splunk, New Relic).
  • Knowledge of integration best practices, enterprise service bus (ESB) concepts, and microservices architecture.
