Job Description – AutoCAD Designer

Location: Sector 135, Noida

Industry: Real Estate

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-hand)

We are hiring an experienced AutoCAD Designer for our real estate projects based in Noida Sector 135. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on residential/commercial project layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings.
  • Modify and update drawings based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and site teams.
  • Ensure accuracy, measurements, and standards are maintained.
  • Maintain drawing records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an AutoCAD Designer.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; 3D knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred.
  • Ability to understand architectural/engineering drawings.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
