Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and email.
  • Translate business goals into measurable digital actions and creative campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and posting schedules.

Content Creation

  • Write social media posts, blogs, emailers, case studies, product explainers, and website copy.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging digital assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, language, and visual alignment.

Digital Execution

  • Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns.
  • Track performance across campaigns impressions, CTR, engagement, and leads.
  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and SEO optimization.

AI & Automation

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, , Notion AI) for content ideation and optimization.
  • Leverage analytics tools to gain insights and improve campaign performance.

  • Growth in brand engagement and followers across digital channels.
  • Consistent output of high-quality content and creatives each month.
  • Lead generation and conversions from digital and email campaigns.
  • Improvement in SEO ranking and web traffic metrics.
  • Contribution to overall marketing ROI and visibility.

Experience

  • 23 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a creative, modern tone.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite for performance tracking
  • Familiar with Twitter (X) Analytics, LinkedIn Page Analytics, and YouTube Studio Insights for engagement measurement.
  • Skilled in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer, and Google Keyword Planner.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console for traffic and conversion tracking.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Awareness of AI-based optimization tools (Notion AI, Jasper, ChatGPT) for ideation, summarization, and performance enhancement.
