Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Shopify Account Manager. The Shopify Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing clients' Shopify stores, optimizing user experiences, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to align on goals, managing Shopify platform updates, analyzing data for insights, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and sales initiatives. The role requires proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver measurable results that meet clients' objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Shopify platform management, including store setup, configuration, and optimization
  • Knowledge in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) design principles
  • Experience in performance marketing, marketplace expansion, and sales-driven strategies
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, reporting, and actionable insights
  • Effective client communication, account management, and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptability to remote work and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with cross-border go-to-market strategies (GTM) in regions such as India and MENA is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
