The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Executive is responsible for ensuring that every new vehicle is thoroughly checked, tested, and prepared before delivery to customers, maintaining Hyundai's quality standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct complete Pre-Delivery Inspection of all new vehicles as per Hyundai guidelines.
  • Check for mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic defects before delivery.
  • Ensure all fluid levels, tyre pressure, battery, lights, AC, infotainment, and safety features are properly checked.
  • Verify that all accessories (standard & optional) are installed correctly.
  • Ensure proper cleaning, washing, polishing, and detailing of vehicles before handover.
  • Record and report any issues or defects immediately to the Service Manager/Workshop Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Service team for smooth delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all Hyundai-recommended tools, checklists, and SOPs are strictly followed.
  • Maintain PDI records, job cards, and inspection reports.
  • Ensure vehicles are fuelled and ready for delivery on time.
  • Support delivery ceremonies with the Sales team by ensuring vehicles are in perfect condition.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Good technical knowledge of automobiles.
  • Understanding of Hyundai PDI procedures & checklists.
  • Attention to detail with a strong quality orientation.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (Sales, Service, Accessories).
  • Basic computer knowledge for reporting & record keeping.
  • Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / ITI in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile workshop/service operations (freshers with good knowledge can also apply).
  • Experience in a Hyundai dealership will be an added advantage.
  • Four wheeler driving must with DL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹13,000.00 per month
