Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and recovery.
  • Negotiate and establish repayment terms while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Track and monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely payment updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, payments, and resolutions.
  • Resolve disputes and discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on recovery progress and delinquency trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Collection Executive or in a Voice Process role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Hindi, English, and knowledge of Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
