Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-organized and people-oriented HR professional to manage core human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and compliance. The role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and practices, especially in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, and references.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Employee Relations:

  • Maintain a positive work environment and handle grievances professionally.

  • Conduct employee engagement activities, celebrations, and feedback sessions.

  • Support performance reviews and appraisals.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.

  • Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).

  • Track probation, confirmations, and exit formalities.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage joining kits, ID cards, office supplies for new employees.

  • Coordinate with vendors (recruitment agencies, training providers, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of HR experience (real estate industry preferred).

  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of HRMS tools and Excel.

  • Understanding of labour laws and basic compliance requirements.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BA, BBA)

  • MBA in HR or Postgraduate Diploma in HR preferred
