Role Overview

The Men's Wear Designer – Fast Fashion will create trend-led, commercially viable designs for men's apparel, ensuring alignment with fast fashion cycles and customer preferences. The designer will collaborate with merchandising and production teams to bring designs to stores efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design trend-focused men's wear collections in line with fast fashion timelines.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility and timely production.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform designs.
  • Create detailed tech packs, sketches, and fabric specifications for production.
  • Participate in seasonal collection planning and review sessions.
  • Ensure designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and cost targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Men's Wear Designer in fast fashion brands (e.g., Zara, H&M).
  • Strong creative and trend forecasting skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and technical design.
  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.
