Pushpanjali Hospital is a NABH-accredited multispecialty healthcare institution committed to providing world-class medical services with a clean, safe, and patient-friendly environment. We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead and maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping across the hospital premises.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, hygienic, and infection-free environment. The candidate must have experience in hospital housekeeping management, infection control practices, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations across wards, OPDs, ICUs, OT, and public areas.
  • Maintain hospital cleanliness and hygiene standards as per NABH and infection control protocols.
  • Manage and train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and waste management.
  • Coordinate with nursing, maintenance, and admin teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain stock of cleaning materials, uniforms, and housekeeping consumables.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, and ensure workforce discipline.
  • Handle linen management, pest control, and bio-medical waste disposal coordination.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and assist in audits and quality checks.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Diploma/Certification in Housekeeping or Hotel Management)
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospital or hotel housekeeping management.
  • Strong knowledge of infection control standards and hospital hygiene practices.
  • Experience in NABH-accredited setups will be an added advantage.
