Role Overview:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis, you will manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities and drive critical financial insights for our Supply Chain function. You will be instrumental in analyzing performance versus plan, providing analytic support, developing reporting models, and collaborating across teams to enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end P&L accountability with strong ownership.
  • Analyze financial performance against Plan and Forecast, identifying key drivers and risks.
  • Provide analytical support to all Supply Chain stakeholders to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the preparation and review of period-end results and forecasts.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, tools, and dashboards (PowerPoint, SAP, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Create insightful presentations to communicate business results and trends to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams on ad-hoc strategic projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial analysis and reporting.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, planning, and financial analysis.
  • Proven experience managing P&L.
  • MBA required; CA/CWA (Inter) preferred.
  • Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with systems such as SAP, VBA, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and disciplined document maintenance.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment with a sense of urgency, courtesy, and patience.
