SMO Analyst

Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and traffic to entertainment content.Manage and optimise social media profiles and pages across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Create compelling, shareable content tailored to each platform's audience and algorithm.Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and drive improvement.Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions with editorial, digital marketing, and multimedia teams.Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.Stay informed about entertainment industry developments and trends to ensure timely and relevant social media content.Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines to optimise content distribution. RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in SMO, with mandatory proficiency in YouTubeStrong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Passion for entertainment and current trends with a desire to contribute to quality content.Mandatory proficiency in YouTube will be considered an advantage.
