  • Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network in assigned territory.

  • Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and awareness campaigns on product benefits.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and farmer preferences.
  • Ensure timely order booking, supply coordination, and collection of payments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
  • Coordinate with technical and nutrition teams to resolve farmer/customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and MIS on time.
