Sales Operations: Content & Knowledge Manager

Role Overview:

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to support NTT DATA's UK and Ireland sales organization in this content and knowledge management role. The ideal candidate will be articulate and possess strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Organization: Collect, consolidate, and organize information in various formats (documents, images, multimedia files, etc.) from subject matter experts.
  • Platform Management: Manage the organization and publishing of these artifacts to our centralized platforms: SharePoint, Highspot, Ema, and others.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Create content and develop platform site, style and layout with a consistent look and feel to ensure a better user experience.
  • Brand Consistency: Deliver polished information that adheres to our processes and governance, ensuring consistent branding.
  • Content Management: Oversee the lifecycle of the artifacts so that they remain current.
