Minimum Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Patience and a customer-first approach

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Process returns, exchanges, orders, and refunds

• Document customer interactions and escalate issues when needed

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor

• Share insights based on customer feedback
