Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Hands-on experience in full stack development using Angular, .NET, and .NET Core
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of Angular framework and its best practices
  • Expertise in .NET framework and C#
  • Experience with Azure is must.
  • Experience with .NET Core and RESTful API development
  • Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL Server or MySQL
  • Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment
  • Exp with Banking domain is preferred

Soft skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Work as a team player
  • Can work independently from a documented story or task.
  • Comfortable in both a SCRUM and KanBan environment.
  • Able to operate in some degree of uncertainty
  • Open to new approaches

Mandatory Skills to be screened on :

  • Focus Areas: .NET, Azure, and SQL.
  • Full-stack Requirements: Need candidates proficient in both backend and frontend.
  • Preference for candidates who can handle a balance between front-end and back-end tasks, even if their expertise is heavier in one area.
  • A candidate might be strong in backend (.NET Core) but should also be able to manage basic frontend tasks (Angular, state management) and Azure services (Azure functions, app services, pipelines).
  • Mandatory to have a proper leadership experience (Only Mentorship Exp will not work)
