As an IT Manager, you lead the strategic and operational delivery of IT services across the organization. You ensure that systems, infrastructure, and applications run reliably, securely, and in alignment with business goals. You drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and build a high-performance team that supports both local and regional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• You manage people, resources, and processes to ensure capacity planning, KPI setup, and continuous improvement in IT service delivery.

• You enforce IT operational standards and ensure compliance with SLA, cybersecurity protocols, SOX, and non-SOX requirements for all systems and devices.

• You lead and monitor local IT projects, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the development cycle.

• You collaborate with the regional manufacturing IT team to share best practices and bring value-driven improvements to the country.

• You represent your country in global and regional IT project execution, ensuring local needs are voiced and addressed.

• You plan, manage, and control the IT AOP and CAPEX budgets to meet business objectives efficiently.

• You build and nurture a high-performance IT team through talent development and succession planning, contributing to the IT Center of Excellence. Skills & Competencies
