Role & responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):

Process vendor invoices in compliance with internal policies and GST regulations.

Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.

Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and contractors.

Monitor advances to vendors and ensure timely settlement.

Coordinate with procurement and site teams to validate work completion before release of payments.

Assist in monthly closing of AP ledgers and provision booking.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

Raise invoices and ensure timely collections from customers/buyers.

Maintain customer ledgers and follow up for outstanding dues.

Coordinate with CRM/sales teams for collection status and customer escalations.

Reconcile customer accounts and handle refund or credit note processing.

Monitor revenue recognition in compliance with RERA and Ind AS standards.
