Responsibilities:

Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in Agile software development environment

Develop tools and applications by producing clean, high quality and efficient code

Develop solutions to develop/support key business needs

Engineer components and common services based on standard development models, languages, and tools

Produce system design documents and participate actively in technical walkthroughs

Build and maintain a data environment for speed, accuracy, consistency and up time

Ensure data governance principles adopted, data quality checks and data lineage implemented in each hop of the data

Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners

As a team-member should continuously improve the architecture

What Were Looking For:

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.

Minimum 6+ years of work experience in Application Development

A Java full stack developer with exposure to Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring API Gateway), Angular/React.

3+ years of Java object-oriented software development experience developing server-side components in a near real-time large-scale enterprise environment.

3+ years of SOA development experience with strong skills in Spring Boot, JMS, JPA, Hibernate, Web Services (SOAP & RESTful)

Experience on Serverless technologies & Containerization using Container platforms and Container orchestration systems.

Proficient in building applications using API Gateway, Service registry , Service Discovery & Circuit Breaker pattern.

Experience with working on AWS

Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Big data processing engines, Hive, Scala, EMR.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Python, Java Script and React

Knowledge of streaming systems such as Distributed streaming platform and Big data processing engines streaming is a plus.

Must be a quick learner to evaluate and embrace new technologies in the Big data space.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good collaboration skills.

Ability to lead, train and mentor
