Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Software Developer with a strong background in building and shipping products. You will be responsible for developing scalable solutions using , React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Python, and Flask, while also providing technical leadership in architecture design.

Previous startup or product experience is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Founders and Product team to define the technical requirements
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end software development process
  • Can think about problems holistically from the vantage point of different stakeholders in the company like - product, sales, operations.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications using , React, and TypeScript.
  • Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Python and Flask.
  • Be an individual contributor, driving key development initiatives and solving complex technical challenges.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Power user of AI tools, and thinks about product & ops workflows when building

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on shipping products.
  • Expertise in , React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Python, and Flask.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in software development, including design patterns and architecture.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about building products and taking end to end ownership
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
