The role involves coordinating housekeeping, security, vendor management, maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of facility management including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and pantry services.Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth facility operations.Monitor and manage facility budgets, consumables, and inventory.Handle office space planning, seating arrangements, and upkeep of the work environment.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Maintain records related to AMCs, maintenance schedules, and statutory compliances.Supervise vendor performance and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.Assist in planning and executing facility-related improvement projects.Support in organizing corporate events, meetings, and administrative requirements.Manage access control, ID cards, parking, and visitor management systems.Location: On-site –Chennai, TNScheduled Weekly Hours:40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
