We are seeking a passionate Assistant Engineer / Engineer - Civil Projects to drive the execution of our vibrant showroom projects If you have a knack for civil engineering and hands-on experience in both civil and interior works, this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate showroom project execution, ensuring seamless civil and interior work completion.
  • Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress, validate conditions, and ensure quality standards.
  • Apply strong civil engineering expertise to maintain structural integrity and compliance with safety norms.
  • Manage end-to-end site execution, from groundwork to stunning interior fit-outs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks for consistent excellence.
  • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot challenges and deliver projects on time.

What Were Looking For

  • Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in civil and interior site execution (showroom projects preferred).
  • Skills: Deep understanding of civil engineering principles, site validation, and execution processes.
  • Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Clear and effective for stakeholder coordination and reporting.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with project management tools for tracking progress.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and quality control measures.
