Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Finance role based in Bareilly, with opportunities for some remote work. The role involves managing financial records, conducting financial analysis, and assisting in audits and compliance matters. The Finance professional will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping. Collaborating closely with internal teams, the individual is expected to contribute to financial planning and help meet organizational goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing, and compliance standards
• Skill in data management, documentation, and attention to detail
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Prior experience in the financial sector or microfinance will be an advantage
