Position: Assistant Professor

Department: Computer Science

Qualification: M.Tech (Computer Science/IT) with minimum required marks as per UGC/AICTE/University norms. Ph.D. (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science and related disciplines.
• Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research, and career development.
• Develop and deliver course materials, lesson plans, and innovative teaching methods.
• Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals/conferences.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic program design.
• Engage in departmental activities, administrative duties, and academic committees.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Computer Science.
• Promote a positive learning environment and support institutional values.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge in areas such as Data Structures, Algorithms, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and related fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to use modern pedagogical tools and e-learning platforms.
• Research orientation with evidence of publications or ongoing projects.
• Team player with leadership qualities and student-centric approach.
