Primary Technology: Swift (primary), Objective-C (legacy support)

Work Timings: 1PM to 10 PM IST

India 2nd shift for EST overlap

Mode of Employment: Kochi -Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced iOS applications (iPhone, iPad)
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers
  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues
  • Maintain clean, organized, and reusable codebase
  • Manage app publishing and updates on the App Store
  • Stay current with the latest iOS trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of iOS development experience
  • Proficient in Swift and Objective-C
  • Hands-on experience with Xcode, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and Core Animation
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and offline storage
  • Familiarity with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines
  • Proficient in Git/GitHub version control
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and Cloud Messaging
  • Understanding of architecture patterns like MVVM, MVC
  • Exposure to App Store Optimization (ASO) and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and memory management

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in multithreading, background tasks (e.g., blocks, categories, NSOperationQueue)
  • Experience developing hybrid apps with integrated native SDKs/libraries
  • Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native)
  • Ability to integrate web content and pages into mobile apps
