Job Purpose
The State Head – Business will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across all healthcare and homecare business lines in Bangalore/Karnataka. The role requires strong leadership, deep sales expertise in healthcare homecare services, and the ability to manage large, multi-city sales teams while collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and corporate functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Business Growth
- Develop and execute state-level business strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across homecare and healthcare service offerings.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels to expand the business footprint.
- Propose and implement business improvement initiatives to enhance market penetration and operational efficiency.
Sales Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large regional sales force, including Area/Cluster Managers and frontline teams.
- Set and assign sales targets based on territory potential, market dynamics, and available resources.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly sales forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline reviews.
- Analyze sales data, MIS reports, and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and referral partners.
- Leverage an existing network of medical professionals to generate business and strengthen brand presence.
- Resolve key customer complaints, escalations, and service-related grievances promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate closely with Head Office teams including Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and RBH for seamless execution.
Marketing & Brand Coordination
- Work with the marketing team to execute brand-building initiatives, campaigns, and promotions at the state level.
- Support doctor engagement programs, medical events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between sales efforts and marketing strategies to maximize lead conversion.
Operational & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Support operations teams to ensure service quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain competitive advantage.

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
