Primary Responsibilities:

Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system healthBuild software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applicationsImprove reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions
Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and efficiency across the teamMeasure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improveProvide operational support and engineering for large, distributed software applicationsEstimate: Create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify itEngineering: Implement and adhere to best engineering practices like design, unit testing, functional testing automation, continues integration and deliveryStakeholder management: Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to take decisions bases on available informationComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of overall IT experienceExperience in financial technology domainExperience with high volume transaction sitesExperience working with applications deployed in private or public cloudExperience in customer facing productsProficient in .net, C#, core, ReactJS, TypeScript, SCS, Angular JS, HTML, CSS,Well-versed with Engineering Practices and Agile environmentWorked in an Agile team and good understanding of ScrumProven good oral and written communication SkillsProven ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skillsProven ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to execute on the use cases given to solve business problems
