built entirely in-house
using modern, scalable technologies , React, React Native, AWS, ONDC-ready architecture).

We've already onboarded a few early retailers in
Udaipur, Rajasthan

consumer acquisition and multi-city merchant expansion

Tier-2 and Tier-3 India

The Role: Co-Founder (Business & Growth)

We're seeking a
Co-Founder with Investment
who can complement the existing
technical leadership (CTO)
and drive the
business, growth, and investor strategy
for MestoKart.

This is not a regular startup role — it's a chance to
co-own and scale
a platform that can redefine how local India sells and delivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead
  business growth, partnerships, and revenue strategy
  end-to-end.
• Identify and create strategy for onboarding
  supermarkets, grocery chains, and retail partners
  across cities.
• Design and execute
  merchant and customer acquisition plans
  .
• Drive
  marketing and brand partnerships
  , including collaborations with logistics and fintech players.
• Engage with
  investors and ecosystem stakeholders
  to raise funding and strategic alliances.
• Shape and refine MestoKart's
  go-to-market strategy
  for scale.

Who You Are

• You've worked in or understand the
  retail, FMCG, or e-commerce space
  deeply.
• You're comfortable leading
  from zero to one
  , taking ownership in early stages.
• You have
  sales, marketing, or startup operations
  experience and can drive growth independently.
• You're a
  strategic thinker
  who thrives on execution and measurable outcomes.
• You're passionate about
  empowering local businesses
  and building long-term value, not just chasing vanity metrics.
• Strong communication skills for investor relations, partnerships, and storytelling.

Structure & Commitment

• Equity-based Co-Founder role
  with meaningful ownership.
• Delayed salary structure
  until funding or revenue milestones.
• Hybrid model: work remotely with
  periodic travel to Udaipur, Rajasthan
