Secondary Skills (Secondary skills – good to have):

Zscaler Internet access and Zscaler Private Access · Virtualisation (VMWare / Nutanix) · AWS / Azure Cloud Technologies · Familiarity with automation and scripting (Eg. Network Automation) ·

Responsibilities:

 · Design and propose high-level and low-level network architectures, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS and cloud connectivity. · Support with Build and upgrade activities for the LAN, WAN, SD-WAN solutions. · Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and network-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. · Interact with Customers for understanding and supporting their requirements with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, and cloud connectivity. · Lead solution design workshops and technical presentations for customers and stakeholders. · Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Unity Connection, Expressways, Webex Meeting, Webex Video Conferencing Devices and Management via Control Hub · Sound knowledge on LDAP, AD LDS and Cisco Directory Connectors · Produce HLD/LLD documentation for Collaboration solutions. · Create detailed design documents, implementation plans, and BOMs (Bill of Materials). · Ensure proposed solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements. · Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network design and security. · Drive end-to-end project execution—from solutioning, planning, and implementation to testing and operational handover.

A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.
