Key responsibilities:

  • Develop Python applications using Django and DRF
  • Working closely with UX and Front-end Developers.
  • Participating in architectural, design and product discussions.
  • Designing and creating RESTful APIs for internal and partner consumption.
  • Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
  • Implementation of security and data protection.
  • Integration of data storage solutions.
  • Working in an agile environment with an excellent team of engineers.

Skill Set Required

  • 3-5 years hands on experience with the Django, Flask and Fast API framework.
  • Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
  • Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi process architecture.
  • Solid database skills in a relational database (i.e. Postgresql etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of version control (i.e. git, svn, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Knowledge of how to build and use RESTful APIs.

Added Advantage

  • Dockerization, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google cloud infrastructure knowledge is a plus.
