Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Lucknow office on a full-time, onsite basis. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing impactful visual content across digital and print media. This includes marketing collaterals, branding elements, and promotional campaigns.

You will work closely with the marketing team to interpret design briefs, develop creative concepts, and ensure all deliverables align with Marine Group's brand identity and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and website creatives.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, logos, and visual identity elements.
  • Select appropriate typography, color palettes, and layouts to enhance communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet marketing and business objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, error-free designs that align with project deadlines.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to elevate brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or other design tools (CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
