What You'll Do

  • Assist in developing engaging and visually striking content for social media (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across different platforms as per the content calendar
  • Track and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally
  • Actively engage with followers to build meaningful conversations and foster a strong online community
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on performance, with recommendations for improvement
  • Organize and maintain campaign data, content libraries, and performance records
  • Manage data entry, updates, and tracking to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Collaborate with clients to gather inputs, share updates, and align strategies between them and the creative team

What We're Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Photoshop is an advantage (not mandatory)
  • Good eye for detail and sense of design/aesthetics
  • Team player with the ability to follow direction and contribute effectively

Qualifications

  • Any certification, course, or training in social media management/digital marketing is a plus (but not required)
  • Freshers or candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply
